*For convenience store payments, please pay at the convenience store within 3 days of placing your order.

● About shipping products

Orders are processed at the end of the month and delivered at the end of the following month. We will contact you by email if there are any delays in shipping. Example: Order placed on April 15th → delivered at the end of May.

● Returns and exchanges

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that any of the following occurs, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your product.

- If the product you ordered is different from the product you received.

- If the product is dirty or damaged

If you receive a defective product for the reasons mentioned above, we will replace it at our expense. Please contact us and send the item back to us. We will then send you a replacement. We will also cover the return shipping fees.
